Come at me bro!

As I was singing with the other sirens, we saw the  sailors approaching near our island. As we see them with our naked eyes and our hungry stomach, hungry for flesh. We sing loudly, beautifully with our seductive voice. They hear us. With an evil smile on my face and continuing singing they come closer to us. Obviously they were hypnotized already. We are a meter away from them as they come more closer ,very intimate. As they were lure with our seductive voice ..... that's the time we grab our moment to EAT them ! Sirens love flesh.... human flesh. 
Nobody else was able to escaped our monstrosity.... monstrosity with a very beautiful start.

As I spread my wings to fly, I fortunately unexpected saw 2 boats with countless sailors inside laughing and having a good time as if there will be no tomorrow. I signalled my friends to tell the news so that we could sing to them and see them as they lure with our beautiful tempting voice. We flew towards them and they were in awe when they saw us face to face blasting our voice singing loudly as we see them fall in love with our voice . All of a sudden they fell down off their feet and deeply fell asleep like dead .... literally dead.
 We are made to be dangerous. Most men are not aware that we can tempt them with our sweet mysterious voice.
I feel sorry sometimes to men who died without knowing that they will die right after we sing. But this is what Sirens like . This is what I like .

Hey ! I just met you and this is crazy but hear my voice and die now maybe ? >:D (lame:D)

Today, when I was having a rest near the sea and sitting comfortably with my wings on my lap I saw sailors passing in front of me. I was with my siren friends and we started singing but I notice that this sailors was with Odysseus and thy were actually aware and prepared to what will happen when we sing . I was pretty upset thinking that nothing bad happen to them and they did not hear our beautiful voice. They put some wax on their ears so they won't be able to hear our voice . In that way, Odysseus and the other sailors escaped from the temptation and they continue his long journey.
Any ways, there's more chance for us to sing in front of other people >;) .

Should I sing for them ?

Today my sister saw a poster outside our village which says:

I would really love to join this singing contest but I'm aware of what can happen to the people who will hear my voice. I miss singing in front of many people so I think I will give this opportunity a try =) ..

I won't think of anything bad that might happen to the audience when they hear my beautiful voice blast in their ears when I start to sing. x) 

Anyways, what do you think of this ? Should I join ?

Hello Modern World !~

I just figure out a new way to share some of the story of my life through this wonderful site that my friend suggested to me . I think I will write more often here since I found it quiet fun ! Oh any ways I'm a Siren and you can call me Nerissa. Some of my friends call me me Ner for short but I think it sounds funny so I prefer my whole name if you want to call me .

Shall we discuss about myself ? =)


First of all Sirens like me are human-bird who lives everywhere .
Creature like me are very uniquely made because of our human head and bird body. ;)
We are actually great in singing that whoever hear our overwhelming voice will fogot everything they know and when a sailor passed by our island they got enchanted by their voice and was condemned to stay in their island forever and die. ( Don't worry I wont sing in front of you ... yet . ;) )
